GREAT chips & salsa! Fresh homemade taste can't be beat. Can't wait to try out many items on the menu as the delicious smells from the kitchen are amazing. The owner is very friendly and his staff are great with customers. We found this place by accident because we had a flat tire, but we really enjoyed our visit and definitely will be back.

I could barely fit the whole thing in my mouth!! The JUNIOR burrito is HUGE and the next step up was EVEN BIGGER! I was SO HAPPY to find a #VEGAN option that was so tasty (ask for no chz, no sour C). The staff was very friendly!

There are many good Mexican spots in the area but Mexican Riviera stands out for outstanding flavorful food, reasonable prices, large portions and friendly service. The menu has all the traditional favorites and people love the loaded burritos and combination plates. The interior is cozy and comfortable and has a classic vibe that says its a family place and it has been there serving all the happy locals for a long time. The location is a shopping center at Anza and PCH with Ross.

I love fish tacos, and I was in the area, so I ordered two of them. The food was .... hmmmmm, okay, nothing special, plain Baja style fish tacos. Then why 4-star? The waitress who served me was outstanding. I went in around 3:40, usually break time for restaurant workers. However, she greeted me with a smile, kindly explained how their fish tacos come out, and was attentive the whole time. Well, she didn't have her name tag so I didn't get the name, but whoever it was, "thank you! "

I absolutely love this little restaurant. The food is delicious and fresh. Tastes like homemade. The chips and salsa are the best I've ever had at a restaurant. The chips comes out warm and crispy. Service is great and the menu has something for everyone looking for a homemade and authentic dish. I found this place because of a radio dj on kroq back in 2020 during the pandemic season. I made it a point to drive 38 miles out to try it because of that dj talking about it. I tell everyone about this place. Stop in and you won't regret it. One bite and you'll be a fan for life. Cheers!!

My brother in law has been going here for twenty years and he told me has never been disappointed. It's a small place and occassionally there is a bit of a wait. Good wholesome cheap Mexican food, with reasonable prices a very kind polite waiter's and waitresses, it's our go to, for a cheap dinner when we don't feel like cooking. Beer and wine only.
